There is a new change that can make it easier and cheaper to sell your. On March 22, 2010, Realtor approved in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) the change to open its door.

Some people want to save money by not hiring a real estate agent when selling their home. Homeowners trying to save money are selling their home by themselves on the Internet with website like craigslist, kijiji and other free online classified ads. Canada Competition Bureau fighting for MLS public access

There is a fight going on that could affect your biggest financial deal you will ever make. Canada’s Competition Bureau is fighting with the real estate industry to try to increase the consumers’ option when it comes to selling their homes.

When it is time to sell your house you would want as many potential customers to know about it and the MLS which stand for Multiple Listing Services, it is a great tool to help you do that.
